This city, with all its layers, all its filth, all its degradation and despair that rose out of the Black Lake incident, that gathered up the survivors and drilled itself deep into the terra of this old world, bred a new type of gang.

A city like no other, on a scale never seen before, with ruin and deprivation that few epochs in the history of humanity had seen required a new type of thinking, a new class of brutality, a new vision, and so, the Shroomheads rose out of the ashes.

Lead by Pinkie, his eternally loyal and ever-expanding ensemble of soldiers, thugs, warriors, drop-outs, and cave-ins, gather under his vision. They are the largest, most powerful gang within the Triangle, and they intend to hold on to this power.

They control the Shroom, and they who control the Shroom, controls the Triangle. Pinkie knows this and his vision is pure; total power. They do not only run the vast majority of the Shroom's supply, but they use it as well. They grow it in their own individual way, vaporise it and use its power to see what they must do. And what they must do, is take this city for their own.

Their tech is old, their armour is battered, they use the blade rather than the gun, but they do not need elaborate new weaponry, they have the Shroom. They have Pinkie and his vision, and this is more than enough to control the Triangle.
