NEO-Budapest is full of predators and prey alike. Some factions rely on scooping up the prey, the weak ones, the frightened ones, to build their masses, to form a wall of meat and flesh that can hold its own against the horrors of the Triangle. The Kings are the opposite.

They are careful about finding and indoctrinating only the predators of this world into their own form of violence and hate. Liminal Jo is new, a subordinate member of the Kings, a street kid with those unique predatory skills the Kings require.

Brought in by the higher-ranking members of the gang, she has a few slick upgrades and just about enough in terms of looks and brains to cut it if she keeps leaning into her dark side, which of course, the King will ensure she does.
