Owning a Shroomheads NFT
Shroomheads is a collection of digital visual & written artworks which run on the Ethereum and Solana networks.
Purchasing a Shroomheads NFT means that the digital ownership certificate is transferred from us to you on the Ethereum or Solana blockchain within a smart contract. The Shroomheads team guarantees that we have no ability or intention to modify the visual & written art, contract details and ownership after your purchase.
Collectors of Shroomheads NFTs are solely responsible for the safety of their own private assets prior and after the purchase Through purchase you agree to the system and terms of the Ethereum or Solana network, which includes that there is no possibility to undo, reverse or refund any transactions.
By agreeing to these Terms of Service, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your state or province of residence.
You may not use our products and/or services for any illegal or unauthorized purpose nor may you, in the use of the Service, violate any laws in your jurisdiction (including but not limited to copyright laws).
Usage Rights
By owning a Shroomheads NFT, you hold the rights for a personal and commercial worldwide, royalty-free license to use the Shroomheads visual & written art connected to that NFT. Within this license, the commercial usage is limited for projects up to a total project budget of 50,000.00 USD. We ask Shroomheads owners who plan to use the visual & written art of their Shroomheads NFT in commercial projects exceeding this budget, to contact us directly.
This usage right is restricted for using the visual & written art, as well as the Shroomheads brand, in connection with hate, violence, and similar. The Shroomheads team reserves the right to decide about the interpretation of this restriction in single cases.
The Shroomheads project & team reserve the right to use any Shroomheads visual & written art in any way that supports and communicates the project and its message.
Above terms apply to any derivatives or fanart that is created by Shroomheads NFT owners and fans.
Shroomheads IP
Not connected to the usage rights of any visual & written art is the intellectual property of Shroomheads. Shroomheads NFT owners will at no point own any part of the intellectual property that has been created through Shroomheads.
