As the NEO-Budapest Triangle rose out of the ruins of Old Europa, as the new authorities put the survivors to work rebuilding and reconstructing, the divide truly set in. Done in plain sight, those with the power did everything they could to hold on to it, those without doing everything they could to survive.

As the divide manifested, grew and took on its physical form between the world above and the world below, it became clear NEO-Budapest would comprise two worlds. As the tunnels of the underworld grew into vast networks for transporting anything anyone could want, as Queen Lizard Precious McBane herself took control, it became more and more obvious what her army needed to do to maintain power.

They would control the tunnels, control the bleeding arteries of the Triangle, and Wild Cat would oversee it all. Fame, fortune, glory are all components of the world above, but as the underworld grew and solidified its power, they also became possible to find in the world below. The Villain is one of those seekers.

Born into the tunnels, this world is the only one he’s ever known. He didn’t see the labour camps, he’s only ever seen the dark of the underworld, and between his cunning and lack of morals, he found his niche in the dark and damp world underground.

Now he’s a lead runner within the Lizard Gang. You need an implant? You need some code to hack a food truck? You need a weapon or a few extra credits to pay off a gang for Shroom you scored last night? The Villain is your man.

All he’s ever known is the world of crime that the Lizard Gang own in the underworld, it’s in his nature to be one with the lizard. A master thief, genius entrepreneur, and can find anything anyone needs in the deep tunnels of Old Europa.
