The existence of the Shroomheads, their rise within the NEO-Budapest Triangle, and their dominance of the trade of the Shroom relies on having command of the streets and the Shroomworld. Many don’t realise that this is not a place where you should go to escape consciousness, but to embrace it, to engage with it, to dive into the psyche and to come to further understanding of the soul.

Pinkie knows this, and therefore he quickly recruited anyone else that he found wandering within the Shroomworld, looking for a home. AKIRA is unique in that she quickly found this other state of reality, this parallel world, but she did not understand it.

When Pinkie came to her in the vision, the new conscious reality that is the Shroomworld, instead of bowing down to this hallucinogenic wonder, she drew her sword and prepared to fight. AKIRA is part Buddhist, part warrior, all psychonaut. Quickly, and under the tutelage of Pinkie, she became extremely proficient in her abilities to be an enforcer within the Shroomworld.

As Pinkie’s empire grows, more and more users daily sink into the hallucinogenic state, his enemies also build. No one can command the Shroomworld like Pinkie, but he cannot be everywhere at once. As much as Nuke is the lead enforcer for the Shroomheads in the meat world, AKIRA is the lead enforcer in the Shroomworld, and she is extremely efficient.
